You can also order by mail with a check in one of two ways:

1. Use the same ordering system as the credit card orders use and select the "Print and Mail or Fax" option right after you fill out you contact info on the order form. Just print out the white page with black text at the end of the process and mail it in with a check.

2. If you are in the US or Canada you may use our simple print-and-mail form. Simply print out the form, fill it out, and mail it in with a check.
